why starting with why necessary?
How many of us think of “Why” when an idea comes into our mind?
Why thinking of a “why” is necessary?
Why did so many new initiatives begin and end in a blink of an eye?
Well, there are so many why’s and these are some of the questions we all wonder.
So today, I am here to make myself and you understand that Why, Why is necessary.
Most ideas and business endeavors begin with much enthusiasm. While the organization and the founder himself focus a lot on the vision and mission, there is very little focus on the “why” of this particular mission and vision. And this is when many of the ideas just fail because they fail to answer the why of their efforts.
Even if the leader tries to work hard on the mission, tactics, and strategies but there is still a lack of motivation amongst the overall team.
Well, the answer is simple: every idea must be supported by a powerful “Why”. It is the “Why” of your idea that makes it strong and brings most of your team on the same page. They tend to work towards a well-defined why and then a few well-articulated sentences of mission and vision statements.
