Remember when you were trying to give your 100 percent to your job, but no matter how much you tried, you failed miserably?

From missing deadlines to missing critical points in the project, you are just struggling to make sense of everything.

Trying all those productivity hacks to following regimes, you are just unable to give your 100 percent.

Well, trust me, we all have been through these stages. At times, we are “lucky” enough to get out of this phase quickly, but sometimes it takes months to come out of this feeling.

At times, this feeling leaves you more frustrated as you accomplish very little during your workday and, in fact, work week!

If you are tired to move a single muscle!

If you are dragging yourself out of bed for work!

If your 8-hour work shift feels like a 100-hour work shift!

Then there is a high chance you might be burned out.

In fact, this happened to me recently, and if I am not lying, I am still recovering from this burned-out phase.

I made mistakes I never thought of making. I missed critical points in my work. I was almost missing deadlines. Moving out of bed felt like the biggest task…
